2024Masterclass
For this masterclass, Andrège Bidiamambu and Seren Kano invite participants to discover Locking dance techniques (hip-hop and funk styles) and immerse themselves in their company’s current creation, “four three ◇ : △.” This masterclass provides participants with an opportunity to discover Locking grooves and technical vocabulary!
Seren Kano
Seren Kano, born in Japan in 1993, practices urban and contemporary dance. He began learning Kendo when he was 6 years old before going on to train in locking dance. At 18, he began his professional career with Universal Studios Japan (USJ) in Osaka. He continued his contemporary dance training at the CNDC in Angers in 2021 and is currently based in Rennes, where he teaches funk dance.
Andrège Bidiamambu
Andrège Bidiamambu began dancing in 2008 in Rennes, where he discovered locking and other styles of funk dance. In 2015, he became a professional dancer and has since participated in numerous projects. With these experiences under his belt, he is now developing a movement-based practice that reconnects with the martial arts, which have always been a source of inspiration for him.

Classes take place once a month from 10 am to 4 pm at Le Quartz (Brest)

Annual fee: 135€ for 9 masterclasses
Individual fee: 25€ per masterclass
Fee for University of Western Brittany students: €5 per month or €35 per year*
GANG membership fee: 5€ per season
