Masterclass

As a choreographer, dancer and apneist, this workshop will enable me to pass on to you the ‘bio-inspired’ dance tools I've been exploring for several years, linked to breathing and liquid states, in order to explore new bodily sensations and create the conditions for letting yourself be danced. Marine Chesnais

Marine founded the ONE BREATH company in 2019, dedicated to projects linked to ecology, particularly in the oceanographic field. She is developing the notion of bioinspired dance and the relationship between art and science. A dancer by training (Gisèle Vienne, Fattoumi-Lamoureux, Daniel Doubles, Uta Gebert, etc.), Marine also trained in yoga, acupuncture and deep-sea freediving, which led her to develop the practice of underwater dance, of which she became one of the pioneers in France.

Classes take place once a month from 10 am to 4 pm at Le Quartz (Brest)

Annual fee: 135€ for 9 masterclasses
Individual fee: 25€ per masterclass
Fee for University of Western Brittany students: €5 per month or €35 per year* GANG membership fee: 5€ per season
